📋 Description

• Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions. • Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders throughout Aledade to develop and execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes. • Mentor and coach more junior engineers, including thorough pull request reviews, and receive critical feedback on your own work. • Build cutting-edge full-stack applications connecting Aledade’s point-of-care insights with partner practices’ EHR systems. • Work with interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7. • Build Chromium-based overlay applications compatible with browser-based EHR systems and Windows desktop-based EHR systems. • Contribute to the Point of Care full-stack application initiative, a key 2026–27 product investment. • Develop healthcare software intended to improve healthcare delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. • 4+ years experience as an engineer as part of a cross-functional team. • 4+ years experience as an engineer building complex frontend (UI/UX) focused applications as part of a cross-functional team. • 4+ years of experience working with CSS/HTML/Javascript and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, VueJs/Ember). • 2+ years of experience acting as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting, solving for short-term and long-term business value. • 2+ years of experience coaching other engineers. • Experience building integration apps with health-tech systems, like Electronic Health Records (EHRs/EMRs) (preferred). • Expertise in at least 1 server-side web technology (e.g., Nodejs, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, Go, JVM) (preferred). • Experience with any web framework (Django, FastAPI, Flask, etc.) (preferred). • Deep understanding of the DOM and how the browser works (preferred). • Experience building Chromium-based apps, pluggable UIs/overlays, Chrome plugins, Chromium apps, or Windows desktop applications (preferred). • Experience with API design and development (preferred). • Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred). • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).
