📋 Description

• Lead post-contract payer partnerships and executive health plan relationships to drive value-based care success and practice participation • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior health plan executives • Lead partnership governance structures, including JOC meetings • Present Aledade’s value proposition and execute joint clinical, operational, and data-interoperability strategies • Partner with Clinical, Analytics, Product, Health Plan Performance, and Policy teams • Navigate evolving CMS regulations and market trends • Build, direct, and retain a high-performing team • Translate strategic organizational goals into actionable targets, coach employees, and manage performance against key objectives • Oversee resource allocation and cross-functional leadership alignment • Share and align health plan perspectives and strategies with clinical and product leaders • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve misalignment between payer partners and internal teams • Monitor MA performance metrics, risk adjustment, and quality initiatives • Lead Payer GTM to maximize eligibility and enrollment of practices into value-based contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 15+ years of progressive healthcare experience, combining senior leadership across healthcare strategy, business development, management consulting, and finance • 10+ years within a health plan environment, demonstrating deep expertise in Medicare Advantage fundamentals—including financial performance, bid processes, network management, VBC strategies, interoperability, and Stars • Data-driven strategic thinker with a proven ability to synthesize complex insights into actionable operational plans • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships across all organizational levels • Demonstrated success collaborating with executive-level external stakeholders • Strategic leader with a strong track record of tactical execution, driving measurable results through diplomacy and cross-functional alignment • Forward-thinking mindset with a focus on leveraging technology to enhance scalability and operational efficiency • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
