📋 Description

• Create social-first graphics and visual assets in Canva for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other priority channels • Repurpose blogs, webinars, reports, customer stories, podcasts, newsletters, and other marketing assets into social content • Write first-draft captions and adapt content for each platform following brand guidelines • Edit short-form videos using Canva, Pictory AI, or similar tools • Produce recurring timely news and event content • Support evergreen content series • Build, schedule, and publish content across social platforms • Format content natively for each platform • QA copy, links, UTMs, hashtags, mentions, accessibility, and creative assets • Maintain the social media calendar, Linktree, supporting social properties, creative assets, templates, and content libraries • Pull social performance metrics and prepare reports and summaries • Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and notifications using approved messaging guidelines • Escalate customer issues or sensitive conversations when appropriate • Identify relevant online discussions and research audience questions, activity, and high-interest topics • Report to and partner closely with the Social Media Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of channel best practices, especially LinkedIn • Experience creating social graphics in Canva • Experience editing short-form video content • Strong copywriting, copyediting, and proofreading skills • Experience using social publishing platforms (Sprout Social preferred) • Excellent attention to detail and organization • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Proactive mindset with willingness to bring new ideas to the team • Must reside in the United States • Must have existing authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
