📋 Description
• Work with senior staff, including Senior Graphic Designers and Copywriters, to autonomously execute paid social creative • Flex into email design as needed • Collaborate with channel partners to test and iterate on ideas quickly • Leverage data and insights to inform creative decision-making
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 5-7+ years of experience • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • Background in designing paid social creative; email experience is a plus • Portfolio demonstrating paid social creative skills; portfolio required for consideration • Strong organizational and communication skills • Highly collaborative, a self-starter, and low ego • Experience designing for a brand serving parents of younger children is nice to have • Experience working on paid social in a high-growth company or agency environment is nice to have • Experience with email design supporting CRM channels is nice to have • Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms is nice to have
🏖️ Benefits
• 20 hours with up to 40 hours through the end of Q4 • Pay: $50-$80/hr
