📋 Description

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and other methods • Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications • Support the development and deployment of Salesforce applications • Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions meet business needs • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project success • Prioritize projects well and always deliver quality work on time • Write code as part of creating a custom platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, front-end web technologies), as well as integrations with back-office systems (often using middleware tools such as MuleSoft), and data migrations services • Participate as a member of the Agile team to deliver quality solutions consistently • Responsible for developing and implementing the Salesforce Lightning Experience to meet the specific needs of our client

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years) work experience • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on LWC, Aura Components, Apex and declarative features • Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II) will be considered a huge plus • Proficient in Salesforce best practices, design patterns and governor limits • Experience with Agile development methodologies • Strong experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform including: Lightning components using the Lightning design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, and declarative platform tools • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment • Implement Salesforce best practices and follow coding standards • Excellent Problem solving, analytical and debugging skills • Ability to acquire Public Trust clearance
