📋 Description

• Lead Salesforce Development: Develop and maintain Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements. • Drive process improvements: Adapt and update Salesforce architecture as-needed to maintain continuity of operations and support the growth of the business. • Application development: Basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code. • Testing & Debugging: Perform unit, integration, and regression testing; debug issues and ensure system stability. • UAT & Stakeholder Coordination: Lead UAT testing, gather feedback, and work with stakeholders to ensure system acceptance. • Coding Best Practices & Data Quality: Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure data consistency and integrity. • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain system architecture, API, and operational documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• AI-First Development: Hands-on working experience using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools to accelerate building, debugging, and shipping — with the judgment to review, test, and validate AI-generated code rather than ship it blind. • Experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development, certified Salesforce Platform Developer & knowledge of Data Cloud architecture. • Skills: You’re a problem-solver with HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, REST and SOAP-based web services and you thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments. • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with developing on other cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. • Mindset: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results that matter.
