📋 Description

• Manage Amazon Seller Central listings, cases, and data with precision • Make live updates to titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images • Use checklists, SOPs, case logs, and organized files to execute marketplace operations • Monitor listing quality reports, suppression alerts, account health notifications, and case history • Open and manage Amazon cases end-to-end, provide documentation, and escalate strategically • Research and track keywords using Helium 10 or similar tools • Monitor listing rank, traffic, and performance • Export and organize advertising campaign data • Identify underperforming keywords, ASINs, audiences, placements, and campaigns • Follow advertising structures and naming conventions and flag issues without making unaligned changes • Maintain accurate spreadsheets, formulas, dates, formatting, and reports • Collaborate with Marketplace, Marketing, Creative, and agency partners • Track multiple listings, live campaigns, deadlines, and operational priorities • Support marketplace execution for real brands, including potential international marketplace work

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to own Amazon listings, cases, and data with precision • Experience managing real ASINs and making live listing updates • Experience updating titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images • Systems-first operations mindset using checklists, SOPs, and clean processes • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, including listing quality reports, suppression alerts, account health notifications, and case history • Ability to open and manage cases end-to-end, provide documentation, and escalate strategically • Knowledge of SEO, keywords, content, conversion, listing rank, and traffic • Experience using Helium 10 or similar keyword research and tracking tools • Understanding of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP • Ability to export and organize campaign data accurately and identify underperforming keywords, ASINs, audiences, placements, or campaigns • Ability to maintain accurate spreadsheets with intact formulas, aligned dates, and consistent formatting • Ability to collaborate with Marketplace, Marketing, Creative, and agency partners • Humble, hungry to learn, and people smart • Experience with Walmart Seller Center or other marketplaces is a plus, not required • Exposure to regulated or health-related categories is a plus, not required • International marketplace experience is a plus, not required • Submit a resume and cover letter addressing specified questions; combine them into one file
