📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact features across ALICE’s product lines • Explore opportunities for new products • Partner with the VP of Product to define and evolve the multi-product roadmap • Conduct in-depth interviews with internal and external users to uncover needs, friction points, and simplification opportunities • Scope epics and write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria • Partner with design to create intuitive, outcome-focused experiences • Use AI tools to create prototypes, accelerate research synthesis, validate ideas, and track results • Collaborate with engineering on solution specifications, trade-offs, and delivery outcomes • Manage sprints in Jira and maintain documentation in Confluence • Present findings, prototypes, and release updates to stakeholders • Harness AI across discovery, prototyping, validation, execution, release, and post-launch tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with proven experience launching and iterating SaaS products • Track record of simplifying complex workflows and making products intuitive for a broad range of users • Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum processes and cross-functional team collaboration • Business Level English Language Skills - Conversational and Written • Strong communication and presentation skills—able to translate complexity into compelling narratives • Comfort leveraging AI across the entire product lifecycle to accelerate delivery and improve quality • A roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and bias toward action in fast-paced environments • Experience in construction, engineering, or AEC software; familiarity with scheduling tools or BIM (bonus) • Willingness to embrace change, seek process improvements, take initiative, own outcomes, prioritize effectively, solve problems proactively, apply technical curiosity, welcome feedback, collaborate openly, act with integrity, and represent ALICE as a trusted partner
