📋 Description

• Own the user-experience backlog and priorities for the user-facing application, including case review and editing, document navigation and evidence, work queues, and administrative review • Shadow end users, measure time usage, validate problems, and increase efficiency without sacrificing accuracy • Turn complex, multi-step review workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces • Define, pilot, and roll out how new AI capabilities appear to end users • Own agentic workflows from discovery through launch, validation, and iteration • Translate stakeholder needs into phased workflows and determine where AI agents act versus where people remain in the loop • Deliver usable outputs to stakeholder teams, define success measures, confirm adoption, and close feedback loops • Partner with AI scientists and engineers to move agent prototypes into production • Own pilots, rollouts, evaluation of autonomy, and success metrics • Own onboarding for internal teams and vendor partners, including access, roles, training cases, team-lead setup, and support materials • Plan user-facing releases with testing, communication, documentation, and training • Replace manual work with self-service workflows and drive adoption of self-service project setup • Define and track KPIs to guide priorities • Measure adoption after launch, iterate, and retire workarounds and manual processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of product management experience • Launched two or more user-facing software products or major releases • Experience owning workflow software used by expert users, such as data abstraction, curation, annotation, labeling, clinical operations, or case management tools • Strong hands-on experience with agentic AI, including LLM-based agents or agentic workflows, evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design • Daily use of AI tools for product discovery, user research synthesis, data analysis, requirements drafting, workflow prototyping, and pressure testing ideas • Track record of taking AI workflows from prototype to production and delivering them to business stakeholders with acceptance criteria and measured adoption • Experience shaping complex, multi-step workflows into intuitive interfaces with designers and engineers • Hands-on user research, usability testing, and continuous product improvement • Experience managing high-volume request streams and rolling out changes to large or distributed user groups, including vendor teams • Comfortable writing SQL or using equivalent tools • Agile backlog ownership, including user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira and sprint planning with engineering and QA • Clear written and verbal communication with end users, engineers, and operations leads • Preferred: Experience with real-world data, clinical chart abstraction, or human-in-the-loop data-quality programs • Preferred: Fluency in oncology or clinical concepts, or ability to ramp quickly with clinical partners • Preferred: Experience shipping AI-assisted workflows • Preferred: Experience in regulated healthcare, including HIPAA and PHI handling
