📋 Description

• Manage activities related to client Wealth plans • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements • Develop a strong understanding of plan provisions • Identify opportunities for knowledge improvement • Deliver high-quality, timely results • Prioritize work to respond effectively to client needs • Ask questions and respond to client needs in a timely manner • Keep knowledge of client plan provisions and supporting documentation current and updated • Follow predefined procedures and process guidelines • Meet or exceed performance targets • Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of tasks according to Service Level Agreements • Deliver new or ad hoc tasks to meet client and internal goals • Coach and train new colleagues on client requirements when appropriate • Create and update Standard Operating Procedures as required • Review incoming and outgoing data to ensure quality output

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience • Able to research and analyze complex data/ plan provisions to resolve participant related issues • Have client-facing experience • Able to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with stakeholders • Must have work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship • Successful completion of applicable background checks • Virtual interviews must be conducted on video • May be required to travel occasionally to a physical office location
