📋 Description

• Generate new referrals, conduct outreach, and provide marketing support in an assigned territory • Educate clients, families, support systems, Regional Center staff, and other audiences about Aveanna’s support services • Drive revenue growth and work with location management to ensure profitability • Cultivate and foster a mature referral network throughout the assigned territory • Spend more than 50% of working time away from the company’s place of business or home on outreach, selling activities, and referral-source engagement • Travel frequently to assigned Regional Centers to build, develop, and retain relationships with staff and clients • Represent Aveanna at offsite meetings, in-services, community events, conferences, expos, and resource fairs • Plan, budget, forecast, and execute events and projects throughout California, including possible overnight travel • Present educational in-services for Regional Center staff and public audiences • Plan and produce informational materials for events • Formulate community relations initiatives to increase brand recognition and market share • Research and resolve sensitive inquiries and complaints from Regional Center staff, families, and clients • Identify potential areas and service lines for growth • Serve as an Aveanna liaison to Regional Centers and other Community Based Organizations • Assist with utilization management of referrals and follow up with referral sources and families • Manage and collect feedback from referral sources, clients, and the community within the assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • Exceptional organizational and communication skills • Caring, positive, and empathetic attitude • Ability to work as a team with others of various cultural and ethnic backgrounds • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization • Self-Starter • Must possess a valid Driver License and driving record that meets company standards • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel • Bilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese or other language deemed needed by Aveanna) • Must be able to always adhere to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries • Must possess a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail • Proven ability to work independently and within a team • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines • Demonstrated ability to interact in a collaborative manner with other departments and teams • Must be able to clearly speak, write, read and understand English • Must be able to travel, including possible overnights • Must have access to reliable transportation with a well-maintained, insured vehicle with current state registration for lawful operation • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push and pull 35 pounds • Ability to perform prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting • Ability to sit and climb stairs • Visual and hearing acuity • Strong sense of smell and touch • Ability to function in environments involving allergens and other various conditions • Compliance with applicable health-related requirements, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions
