📋 Description

• Manage activities related to client Wealth plans • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements • Develop a strong understanding of plan provisions • Identify opportunities for knowledge improvement • Prioritize work to effectively respond to client needs • Ask questions and respond to client needs in a timely fashion • Keep knowledge of client plan provisions and supporting documentation current and updated • Follow predefined procedures and process guidelines while meeting or exceeding performance targets • Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of tasks according to Service Level Agreements • Deliver new/ad hoc tasks promptly to meet client and internal goals • Coach and train new colleagues on client requirements when appropriate • Create and update Standard Operating Procedures as required • Review incoming and outgoing data to ensure quality output

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including analyzing data, creating formulas, developing reports, and using pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP • Ability to research and analyze complex data/plan provisions to resolve participant-related issues • Client-facing experience • Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders • Work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship • Successful completion of a background check if offered employment
