📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and optimize project schedules for data center construction projects • Develop programmatic standards for comprehensive, resource-loaded project schedules • Outline key activities, major milestones, critical approvals, long-lead procurement items, and project deliverables • Implement and refine scheduling best practices, process controls, and performance measurement techniques • Stay current with scheduling technologies and innovative methodologies • Establish standards and train project teams on logical scheduling sequences, constraints, activity durations, manpower availability, and resource allocation • Train project teams to perform schedule analysis and Time Impact Analysis • Recommend mitigation strategies for potential project delays and impacts • Assist with internal controls to measure project performance, monitor progress, and validate project information • Maintain critical path logic networks and incorporate historical data for planning and forecasting • Identify and solve complex project control challenges • Collaborate with project teams, field personnel, and clients to generate reports, track progress, and align project goals • Facilitate in-person discussions addressing project status, scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, sequencing challenges, and key milestones with stakeholders and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in project scheduling and construction project management, preferably in data center or mission-critical environments • Proficiency in scheduling software, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, and best practices • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities • PMP, PMI-SP, or other relevant certifications are a plus
