📋 Description

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Analyze, design, document, and deliver interface solutions between client systems and UKG Pro • Develop, test, and implement integrations with UKG Pro • Lead end-to-end data conversion activities • Ensure data integrity and compliance • Produce comprehensive post-conversion documentation • Troubleshoot and resolve data and integration issues • Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation • Contribute to the successful delivery of enterprise HCM implementations

🎯 Requirements

• SQL, Interface Programming, and Report Writing skills required • Strong experience with Excel, data manipulation, validation, and VLOOKUP’s • 3+ years of experience in data conversion and/or interface development • Must have experience working with HR/Payroll systems: UKG, Dayforce, Kronos, ADP, PayChex, Workday and/or others • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and balance working with multiple projects, clients, and other consultants at the same time • Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to meet changing scope and resource situations
