📋 Description

• Define and execute the enterprise AI and automation strategy • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to design, deliver, and scale AI-powered systems • Identify high-value AI and automation opportunities and translate them into a cohesive roadmap • Establish standards for automation development, documentation, and change management • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML roles • Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI/ML systems and large-scale automation solutions in a regulated or enterprise environment • Demonstrated experience leading and scaling multi-disciplinary engineering teams • Deep expertise in machine learning, NLP, generative AI, and intelligent process automation • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
