📋 Description

• Plans and executes projects for multiple initiatives simultaneously • Defines scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and business units • Develops detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements • Monitors project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; identifies and mitigates risks and issues • Ensures all project documentation is maintained and complies with internal and regulatory governance standards • Leads change management activities, including impact assessments, training, and communications • Evaluates completed projects to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working in Project Management • Project Management within Managed Care preferred • Bachelor's degree or four years of additional experience in lieu of education required • PMP Certification preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Extremely detail-oriented and solutions-oriented • Proven follow-up skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Knowledge of project management software (Jira, Asana, Monday, etc.)
