📋 Description
• Provide outreach and support for eligible members • Navigate members through available Clinical/Patient Programs • Conduct member outreach phone calls • Collaborate with partners to facilitate member experience • Excel in customer service and contribute to member satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of call center experience helping members navigate access to care through Medicare Advantage or HMO • High School Diploma or GED required • Ability to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with others • Effective written and oral communication skills
