📋 Description

• Own MSO Financial Performance • Develop and maintain financial reporting • Execute MSO Operations and Infrastructure • Lead and Develop the MSO Finance Team • Drive MSO and Provider Growth • Build and Sustain Provider Relationships • Monitor Market Dynamics and Implement Competitive Strategies • Deliver Actionable Care Performance Metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of leading teams to deliver P&L results in a healthcare or managed care environment • Extensive operations leadership experience in a large medical group, MSO, or IPA • Significant senior leadership experience in managed care, provider organizations, or healthcare services • Hands-on experience operating against value-based arrangements • Expert understanding of payer relationships and risk-based contracts • Experience partnering with physicians and care teams to drive process and outcome improvements • Bachelor's degree in Finance , Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field • MBA strongly preferred
