📋 Description

• Design and deliver visual assets across web pages, landing pages, social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, sales presentations, reports, and event collateral • Create and maintain motion graphics, animated content, title sequences, and branded visual treatments for marketing and multimedia initiatives • Maintain and extend the A-LIGN brand system across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and adherence to established brand standards • Develop scalable design systems, templates, and creative resources including Figma libraries, PowerPoint templates, and social media assets • Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Demand Generation teams to execute creative projects that support business objectives • Oversee the design and visual execution of major marketing initiatives, including website enhancements, campaign launches, resource center content, and flagship reports • Coordinate with the Video Production Manager to develop on-brand graphics, motion elements, and visual treatments for produced video content • Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality creative output and effective task organization through project management tools • Evaluate creative performance and recommend design improvements that enhance engagement and user experience • Create presentation materials and sales enablement assets that effectively communicate key messaging and brand value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or other related fields • At least 4 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, brand design, or a related creative field • At least 2 years of experience creating motion graphics, video assets, or multimedia content for marketing initiatives • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro • Experience developing and maintaining brand standards across multiple digital and print channels • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced business environment • Experience using Figma and presentation design tools to create scalable design systems and branded templates • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design, visual storytelling, layout design, and motion graphics development
