📋 Description

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and Salesforce best practices; • Lead client discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and technical discussions; • Create and maintain architecture documentation, including solution designs, data models, integration designs, security frameworks, and process flows; • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery through deployment and production support; • Mentor developers and consultants, establish development standards, and participate in design and code reviews; • Design and oversee integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, event-driven architectures, middleware solutions, and enterprise integration patterns; • Support estimation, implementation planning, sprint activities, deployment planning, and technical issue resolution; • Remain hands-on with Salesforce declarative and programmatic development when needed, including Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and automation tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience; • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect; • Strong experience with Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, security, data modeling, and application design; • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, REST APIs, and CI/CD practices; • Proven ability to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations from discovery through go-live; • Strong communication, client-facing, and consulting skills. • Extra edge • Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certifications; • Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms; • Experience in consulting or professional services environments; • Exposure to multiple Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Financial Services Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and OmniStudio. • Language skills • English: Proficient
