📋 Description

• Provide functional expertise across Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules, including integrations with internal modules and external applications • Capture and map client finance and accounting business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solution options • Configure Oracle Cloud ERP solutions in alignment with approved designs, business objectives, and implementation best practices • Build reporting bases using Oracle Cloud ecosystem tools including OTBI, BIP, FDI, and NR • Develop and execute use and test cases for Oracle Cloud ERP reports • Support testing activities and resolve issues identified during testing cycles • Ensure solution designs, configurations, and implementations remain aligned with project scope and business requirements • Organize and facilitate functional design workshops • Integrate business requirements into Oracle Cloud ERP solution designs • Align departmental policies and procedures with Cloud ERP processes • Support project execution methodology, report on project progress, and manage issues to closure • Design and implement finance solutions across General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Expenses, Lease Accounting, Accounting Hub, and Fixed Assets • Assess, design, and develop reporting needs for financial modules

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation • Thorough understanding of operational financial controls and accounting processes • Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, CM, EXP, LA, AHCS, and FA • Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules including Procurement, Projects, Grants, Core HR, and Payroll • Experience leading ERP implementations as a Functional Consultant • At least four implementations of the listed Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules • Experience facilitating Business Process Workshops/Requirement Gathering Sessions, Proof of Concept Sessions, Conference Room Pilots, SIT, UAT, go-live support, and production support • Experience designing and delivering ERP modules and reports • Experience writing operational and analytical reports using OTBI, BIP, and SQL • Expert knowledge of financial system integration and overall ERP development, testing, and support • Experience training finance and accounting functions to adopt newly defined procedures • Ability to manage scope, client expectations, risks, and escalations while aligning solutions with business requirements and best practices • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including ability to influence senior and executive leadership • English: Proficient • Extra edge: functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and EPM modules • Extra edge: experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Insurance, or Financial Services environments • Extra edge: experience leading teams, facilitating design sessions, and contributing to requirements, solution design, and testing strategies
