📋 Description

• Own the client relationship, including realization, utilization, NPS, retention, and growth, for a full book of manufacturing clients • Serve as primary strategic advisor and relationship lead for manufacturing business owners and executive teams • Identify and proactively address account risks • Deliver accurate and timely financials on budget • Develop strategic financial plans aligned with production capacity and business growth • Lead capital investment analysis for equipment, facilities, and technology • Build financial models for product pricing, make-or-buy decisions, and capacity planning • Develop long-range cash-flow forecasts and working-capital strategies • Support M&A diligence, business valuations, and ownership transition planning • Advise on ERP selection, implementation planning, and financial-system strategy • Maintain relationships with lenders, private-equity partners, CPAs, and industry advisors • Identify expansion opportunities within the existing client book • Lead, manage, and hold delivery-team members accountable for relationships, metrics, quality, timeliness, and EOS commitments • Interview and assess candidates for future team roles • Develop team members through feedback, coaching, and growth conversations • Manage team capacity and escalate people issues to the Managing Director • Deliver CFO services to the full client book and ensure the delivery team has direction, context, and support • Complete time tracking, capacity planning, quarterly Rocks, and other internal responsibilities • Participate in the Brand Ambassador program • Uphold security practices protecting client assets and firm data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field • CPA or CMA preferred • 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience • Meaningful manufacturing industry experience • Experience in a multi-client or Client Accounting Services (CAS) environment strongly preferred • Proven success in executive-level financial advisory and client relationship ownership • Deep expertise in manufacturing finance, including cost accounting, capital planning, inventory management, and operational strategy • Demonstrated track record of leading and developing accounting teams through LMA • Excellence in executive communication with manufacturing owners, operators, and lenders • Strong familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) preferred
