📋 Description

• Configure and customize Alkami software products using implementation requirements and customer-specific settings • Coordinate configuration tasks, issue tracking, vendor communications, and project communications with customers, vendors, and internal teams • Support customer onboarding, live-client implementation, and user acceptance testing activities • Guide customers through testing processes and validate configurations against project milestones and operational readiness requirements • Perform functional and integration testing, document outcomes, and identify issues requiring follow-up or escalation • Troubleshoot configuration and usability issues, resolving routine technical problems and escalating complex issues • Collect and validate configuration data from customers and third-party vendors • Participate in customer and vendor meetings, providing implementation updates and issue-resolution progress • Track configuration activities, testing milestones, issue resolution, project dependencies, and risks • Maintain implementation documentation, including configuration details, testing outcomes, issue logs, communications, and process updates • Support project billing by tracking add-on sales, billable activities, and invoicing information • Develop expertise in Alkami Treasury Management products, including ACH, positive pay, integrations, implementation procedures, and platform enhancements • Collaborate with implementation, support, and product teams on customer feedback, challenges, and operational improvements • Manage multiple implementation priorities across concurrent customer engagements • Follow implementation standards, operational procedures, quality expectations, and customer service practices • Contribute to continuous improvement through process, workflow, and documentation enhancements • Support designated product or functional ownership areas to improve delivery consistency

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience supporting software implementations, customer onboarding initiatives, configuration management, testing activities, or technical support operations within SaaS, fintech, banking technology, or related environments • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field • Experience supporting software implementations, customer onboarding activities, or technical configuration tasks • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail • Ability to troubleshoot routine configuration and usability issues effectively • Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer-facing experience • Experience collaborating with customers, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities and implementation timelines simultaneously • Experience performing functional or integration testing activities and documenting outcomes • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project, ticket, testing, or documentation tools used to manage implementation workflows and team collaboration • Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment • Preferred: Experience supporting fintech, SaaS, or digital banking implementation projects, particularly within Treasury Management • Preferred: Familiarity with user acceptance testing, software deployment, or onboarding methodologies • Preferred: Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar issue tracking and collaboration platforms • Preferred: Experience supporting billing coordination or project-related invoicing activities • Preferred: Exposure to APIs, integrations, or technical implementation concepts • Preferred: Experience contributing to process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives
