Its platform combines onboarding and account opening (via MANTL), digital banking, and data & marketing solutions to enable anticipatory, data-driven customer experiences, faster account origination, fraud protection, payment reporting, and personalized marketing. Alkami serves financial institutions (retail and business customers) and offers integrations, developer tools, and implementation support to drive deposit growth, reduce churn, and improve operational efficiency.

📋 Description

• Partner with internal resources to ensure on-time delivery of committed integrations • Lead customers to adopt MANTL solutions online and in-branch after initial implementation • Serve as the internal expert on data in/out of MANTL • Own technical relationships with external integration partners • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define best practices and develop technical integration playbooks • Work with Service Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Account Management to streamline client onboarding • Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations • Configure and deploy backend settings using JSON and Postman • Design sustainable solutions balancing customer requests with platform guidelines and long-term stability • Provide client-facing support requiring deep functional or technical expertise • Configure and validate third-party integrations • Submit enhancement requests and documented bug reports to Product and Engineering • Maintain documentation of configuration decisions, constraints, and customer-specific setups • Manage multiple concurrent implementations • Assist teammates with troubleshooting configuration issues • Lead review sessions to apply learnings to best practices • Independently configure and validate integrations with minimal oversight • Identify risks early and partner with teams to mitigate them

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new technology and become a subject matter expert • 10+ years leading enterprise SaaS implementations in a highly technical environment • Expert-level understanding of approaches to data integration with external systems • Proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, JSON, and backend configuration tools • Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations • Strong written documentation skills • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Support teams • Ability to serve as an escalation point for the team • Experience configuring or integrating with core banking systems or other regulated financial systems • Experience with SAML, OIDC, TypeScript, Python, and developing Agents • Experience testing new features or participating in pre-GA validation • Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing systems • Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment • Alkami cannot offer employment sponsorship at this time
