📋 Description

• Lead strategic commercial banking implementation engagements by advising financial institution stakeholders on solution design, operational alignment, and best practices for Alkami’s business banking capabilities • Serve as the senior subject matter expert for Alkami commercial banking functionality, including Business ACH, Business Wires, Business Admin, Business Reports, BAI2, Limit Management, Import Mapper, Householding, and Auto Billing • Analyze complex commercial banking operational models, identify business requirements, and recommend scalable implementation approaches aligned with customer goals and regulatory considerations • Map client commercial banking operations to Alkami platform capabilities, identify process gaps, and recommend workflow, product, or operational improvements • Advise cross-functional implementation teams on business banking operational impacts, configuration decisions, and customer readiness requirements • Lead hosted commercial user acceptance testing activities and validate business workflows before production deployment • Translate business banking requirements into actionable technical and operational recommendations for internal and customer stakeholders • Provide thought leadership on commercial banking operations, platform utilization, industry trends, and operational optimization • Evaluate implementation challenges, integration dependencies, business workflows, and organizational impacts to develop mitigation recommendations • Align implementation priorities, operational readiness activities, and customer expectations across internal teams and external stakeholders • Communicate customer feedback, operational pain points, enhancement opportunities, and commercial banking requirements to Product and Engineering leadership • Develop scalable implementation guidance, operational frameworks, and best-practices documentation • Mentor implementation consultants and customer-facing teams • Serve as a trusted advisor during customer escalations, operational reviews, and implementation planning discussions • Influence consulting methodologies, implementation standards, and customer engagement strategies to improve client outcomes and delivery scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience leading commercial banking consulting engagements, enterprise banking implementations, treasury management operations, or client-facing business banking transformation initiatives • Experience within fintech, digital banking, financial services, or related environments • Experience advising executive stakeholders and driving complex operational implementations • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Banking, or a related field • Deep expertise in commercial banking operations, treasury management services, and business banking implementation practices • Advanced knowledge of commercial banking products, workflows, and operational processes including ACH, wires, reporting, and limit management • Ability to analyze complex customer operational models and translate business requirements into scalable implementation solutions • Experience leading strategic customer engagements involving executive stakeholders, operational transformation, and enterprise implementation initiatives • Ability to influence implementation strategy, product direction, and operational best practices across cross-functional teams • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical, operational, and executive audiences • Experience facilitating complex user acceptance testing, operational readiness activities, and customer advisory sessions • Recognized subject matter expertise in commercial banking consulting, implementation delivery, and customer operations optimization • Preferred: experience supporting fintech, SaaS, or digital banking commercial banking platforms • Preferred: knowledge of banking integrations, BAI2 processing, or treasury management operational workflows • Preferred: experience influencing product roadmap discussions or operational enhancement initiatives • Preferred: familiarity with enterprise implementation methodologies, customer onboarding operations, or change management practices • Preferred: experience mentoring consultants, implementation professionals, or customer-facing operational teams • Preferred: experience supporting strategic customer escalations, enterprise banking transformations, or executive advisory engagements • Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment; employment sponsorship is unavailable
