📋 Description

• Launch Allara's Psychiatry Service Line for women navigating the intersection of hormonal and mental health • Develop clinical protocols for mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and PMDD, including medication management and therapeutic modalities • Design behavioral-health safety and escalation protocols • Build a hiring rubric and assessment framework for PMHNP candidates • Participate in initial PMHNP interviews alongside the clinical team • Treat a patient panel post-launch, allocating 50% of time to mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and PMDD • Supervise PMHNPs • Provide case consultations • Support ad-hoc escalations • Work closely with clinical and operations leadership to design the clinical infrastructure, protocols, safeguards, and hiring standards for psychiatric care

🎯 Requirements

• Active board certification in Psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) or the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry (AOBNP) • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered medical license in at least one of California, Florida, New York, or Texas • An IMLC license may be considered if willing to obtain an IMLC state license mentioned above • Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience as a practicing psychiatrist, focused on outpatient care • Demonstrated experience treating conditions at the intersection of hormonal and mental health, including depression, anxiety, and PMDD • Experience supervising or collaborating with psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNPs) or other advanced practice providers • Ability to translate clinical rigor into scalable protocols, safety standards, and hiring frameworks in a fast-moving environment • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and deliver empathetic, evidence-based care • Comfortable navigating EMR, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms
