📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive mental health medication management through 60-minute intake appointments and regular follow-up appointments • Conduct mental health risk assessments and psychiatric medication evaluations • Provide longitudinal medication treatment • Construct patient-centered treatment plans and document treatment recommendations • Message patients and prescribe and manage psychiatric medications • Provide evidence-based, culturally responsive care to patients with varied backgrounds, diagnoses, complexity, and severity • Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services as appropriate • Work within Lyra’s connected provider network

🎯 Requirements

• Board certified MD or DO in psychiatry • Unrestricted state license in New Jersey • Strong preference for clinicians with an active DEA license • Office space with ability to see clients • Ability to provide care for a full range of diagnoses, clinical complexity, and severity levels • Full-time resident of the United States
