📋 Description

• Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and other information • Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video • Provide general movement, sleep, or stress-management advice as needed and related to nutrition care • Use Allara-provided nutrition training and educational materials while adapting care to patient needs • Incorporate motivational interviewing and behavior-change techniques throughout continuity of care • Collaborate with Physicians and APRNs involved in patients’ medical management • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using an AI scribe • Dedicate at least 10 patient-facing hours weekly plus administrative time • Respond to patient inquiries and administrative tasks and messages in a timely manner • Deliver longitudinal nutrition care to women with hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive health conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • Active state-issued Registered Dietitian license; active and pending licenses are reviewed, and hiring depends on current state-level needs • Prior nutrition counseling or patient care experience is a plus but not required • Open to feedback, quick to learn, and eager to grow • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research • Comfortable using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Prior telehealth experience is a plus • Minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, in addition to administrative time • New graduates are welcome; women’s health experience is not required
