📋 Description

• Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and other information • Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video • Provide general movement, sleep, or stress-management advice when appropriate and related to nutrition care • Use Allara-provided nutrition training and educational materials while adapting care to patient needs • Apply motivational interviewing and behavior-change techniques throughout continuity of care • Collaborate with physicians and APRNs managing patients medically • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using an AI scribe • Dedicate at least 10 patient-facing hours weekly, plus administrative time • Address patient inquiries and respond promptly to administrative tasks and messages

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • Active state-issued Registered Dietitian license; active and pending licenses are collected and reviewed, and applicants may not move forward if there is no active need in their licensed states or if they do not hold an actual state license • Exceptional written and verbal communication with compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research • Comfortable working across EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Open to feedback, quick to learn, and eager to grow • Prior nutrition counseling or patient care experience is a plus, but not required • Prior telehealth experience is a plus • New graduates welcome • Minimum 10 patient-facing hours per week in addition to administrative time • Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required to continue working in the United States
