📋 Description

• Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and related information • Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions by video • Provide general movement, sleep, or stress-management advice as needed and related to nutrition care • Use Allara’s nutrition training and educational materials while adapting care to patient needs • Apply motivational interviewing and behavior-change techniques throughout ongoing care • Collaborate with physicians and APRNs involved in patients’ medical management • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using an AI scribe • Dedicate at least 10 patient-facing hours weekly in addition to administrative time • Address patient inquiries and respond promptly to administrative tasks and messages • Participate in recurring weekly scheduling, RD pods, ongoing clinical education, and coaching

🎯 Requirements

• Current Registered Dietitian certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • Active state-issued Registered Dietitian license required; active and pending licenses are reviewed based on current state-level needs • Exceptional written and verbal communication, emphasizing compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research • Comfortable using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Open to feedback, quick to learn, and eager to grow • Prior nutrition counseling or patient-care experience is a plus but not required • Prior telehealth experience is a plus • Minimum commitment of 10 patient-facing hours per week, plus administrative time • Must provide a Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) registration number • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or address U.S. visa sponsorship requirements
