📋 Description

• Analyze intake assessments, medical histories, dietary habits, laboratory results, and related information • Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions by video • Provide nutrition-related general movement, sleep, or stress-management advice as needed • Use Allara-provided nutrition training and educational materials while adapting care to patient needs • Apply motivational interviewing and behavior-change techniques throughout continuity of care • Collaborate with physicians and APRNs managing patients medically • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using an AI scribe • Dedicate at least 10 patient-facing hours weekly plus administrative time • Address patient inquiries and respond to administrative tasks and messages promptly

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • New graduates welcome • Prior nutrition counseling or patient care experience is a plus but not required • Open to feedback, quick to learn, and eager to grow • Exceptional written and verbal communication, emphasizing compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients virtually • Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research • Comfortable using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Prior telehealth experience is a plus • Must hold an actual active state license; active and pending licenses are reviewed according to current state-level hiring needs • Minimum 10 patient-facing hours per week, in addition to administrative time
