📋 Description

• Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and other information • Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions by video • Provide general movement, sleep, or stress-management advice when related to nutrition care • Use Allara-provided nutrition training and educational materials while adapting care to patient needs • Incorporate motivational interviewing and behavior-change techniques throughout continuity of care • Collaborate with physicians and APRNs managing patients medically • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using an AI scribe • Dedicate at least 10 patient-facing hours weekly plus administrative time • Address patient inquiries • Respond promptly to administrative tasks and messages

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • Active state-issued Registered Dietitian license; active and pending licenses are collected and reviewed • Applicants must hold an actual state license; hiring depends on current state-level needs • New graduates welcome • Prior nutrition counseling or patient care experience is a plus, but not required • Open to feedback, quick to learn, and eager to grow • Exceptional written and verbal communication with compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research • Comfortable using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Prior telehealth experience is a plus, but not required • Minimum commitment of 10 patient-facing hours per week, in addition to administrative time
