📋 Description

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team • Complete required training and uphold Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices • Educate patients on preventative care and wellness using evidence-based strategies • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely manner • Respond to patient questions and administrative messages and tasks • Dedicate a minimum of 20 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations, medical guidance, and prescribing when clinically appropriate • Work evening, Friday, and/or weekend hours according to the required schedule windows

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution • Active national board certification in Gynecology • Minimum of 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as a Gynecologist • Experience focused on chronic and complex women's health conditions including PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity • Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication, emphasizing compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research • Comfort working across EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state • Minimum of 80% of weekly contracted hours scheduled during specified evening, Friday, and/or weekend windows
