📋 Description

• Conduct thorough patient assessments via video visits • Develop personalized treatment plans • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team • Complete required training and uphold Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices • Educate patients on preventative care and wellness using evidence-based strategies • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records • Complete charting in a timely manner • Respond to patient questions and administrative messages and tasks with clarity and care • Provide consultations, medical guidance, and prescribing when clinically appropriate • Dedicate a minimum of 10–20 patient-facing hours per week, depending on hiring needs

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution • Active national board certification in Gynecology • Minimum of 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as a Gynecologist • Experience with chronic and complex women's health conditions, including PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity • Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication, emphasizing compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research • Comfort working across EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states • At least one active license must be in a state where Allara has an active hiring need • Multistate licensure, or eligibility to license across states through the IMLC, is required • Minimum 80% of weekly contracted hours must fall within specified evening, Friday, and/or weekend windows • Minimum commitment of 10–20 patient-facing hours per week, depending on hiring needs • Prior telehealth experience is a plus
