📋 Description

• Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, and laboratory results • Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video • Offer general movement, sleep, or stress-management advice as related to nutrition care • Use Allara’s nutrition training and educational materials while adapting care to patient needs • Apply motivational interviewing and behavior-change techniques throughout continuity of care • Collaborate with APRNs and MDs managing patients medically • Maintain accurate and current patient records • Complete charting and administrative tasks • Address patient inquiries and messages promptly

🎯 Requirements

• Current certification as a Registered Dietitian from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • 1-year experience treating patients with complex women’s health conditions (strongly desired) • Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication, emphasizing compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research • Comfort working across EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state • Prior telehealth experience is a plus • Ability to meet full-time hour requirements
