📋 Description

• Conduct thorough patient assessments via video visits • Develop personalized treatment plans • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team • Complete required trainings and uphold clinical policies, standards, and best practices • Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records • Complete charting in a timely manner • Respond to patient questions and administrative messages • Provide at least 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance • Prescribe when clinically appropriate • Focus on PCOS, hypothyroidism/Hashimoto’s, metabolic syndrome, menopause/perimenopause/HRT, PMDD, obesity/weight management, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and mild-to-moderate anxiety/depression

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution • Active national board certification in Internal or Family Medicine • Minimum of 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as an Internal or Family Medicine Physician focused on women’s health conditions • Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider • Strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients virtually • Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice • Comfort using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Prior telehealth experience is a plus • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional licenses in more than one U.S. state • At least one active license must be in a state with an active hiring need • Multistate licensure or eligibility to license across states through the IMLC is required
