📋 Description

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team • Complete required trainings and uphold clinical policies, standards, and best practices • Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies • Maintain accurate patient records and complete charting promptly • Respond to patient questions and administrative messages • Provide at least 10–20 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically appropriate • Treat conditions including PCOS, hypothyroidism/Hashimoto’s, metabolic syndrome, menopause/perimenopause/HRT, PMDD, obesity/weight management, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and mild-to-moderate anxiety/depression

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution • Active national board certification in Internal or Family Medicine • Minimum of 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as an Internal or Family Medicine Physician focused on women’s health conditions • Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients virtually • Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research • Comfortable using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states • At least one active license must be in a state with an active hiring need • Multistate licensure, or eligibility to license across states through the IMLC, is required • Willingness to expand expertise across broader women’s healthcare • Telehealth experience is a plus
