📋 Description

• Deploy, install, configure, integrate, and test enterprise HSIA, network, and Wi-Fi equipment for hospitality clients • Troubleshoot and resolve enterprise-level network and product performance issues • Perform LAN/WAN and digital switching troubleshooting across software, hardware, servers, routers, modems, wireless, TCP/IP, and QoS • Conduct network diagnostics, monitoring, and analysis using tools such as Ekahau and Wireshark • Produce accurate, detailed, and timely network system documentation • Provide day-to-day network/Wi-Fi engineering support and take ownership of job performance • Work independently or as part of a team, potentially taking direction from project managers • Execute assigned tasks within established timeframes and budgets • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders • Research, implement, and adapt innovative, scalable network solutions • Deliver timely work products in accordance with company procedures and best practices • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience working independently or as a team lead performing network/Wi-Fi installations, network diagnostics, monitoring, and using analysis tools such as Ekahau and Wireshark • 2+ years of experience with HP, FortiGate, firewalls, Aruba, Ruckus Networks, and Meraki wireless enterprise-level products delivering technical network and Wi-Fi services to commercial customers • Meraki certification preferred; if not certified, willingness to complete it within the first 60 days of employment • Five years of configuring Aruba and Ruckus hardware within the hospitality space • Self-motivated and able to work independently without day-to-day supervision • Proficient problem-solving skills in complex data network systems • Ability to work on an on-call rotation supporting the 24x7x365 team • Ability to work effectively as a team member in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language • Demonstrated technical and/or professional proficiency in network/Wi-Fi engineering • Ability and willingness to learn and gain proficiency • Ability to understand and apply company resources in accordance with company policy, standards, and best practices • Demonstrated ability to operate with urgency, professionalism, integrity, collaboration, and ethics • Intermediate PC skills and ability to operate Windows and Windows-based programs including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Project
