📋 Description

• Process time-sensitive orders and provide technical assistance on master key system design • Analyze customer security requirements and determine optimal master key solutions • Interact with external customers via email and phone • Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, IT, and finance • Plan and design Schlage master key systems under supervision • Complete Schlage master key order entry functions within quality and production metrics • Develop understanding of master key solutions and key control policies and procedures • Provide consultation to end users, sales representatives, and dealers • Manage customer service and support interactions through calls, emails, and requests • Communicate basic order management functions, products, and features for Allegion brands • Maintain sensitive customer records in physical and electronic formats • Tailor support approaches to customer needs within established guidelines • Gather and document service request information using CRM tools • Utilize and manage appropriate ERP business systems • Accurately receive, edit, and enter customer purchase orders • Meet master key order entry audit metrics • Contact customers to resolve unclear order issues • Participate and collaborate in virtual meetings • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months of customer service or order entry experience required • 3+ months of Schlage and/or Falcon order entry experience preferred • HS Diploma or GED required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Legally authorized to be employed in the United States • Must be able to work M-F 8 am-4:30 pm MST • Additional working hours may be requested to meet business needs
