📋 Description

• Order materials and supplies needed to install customer-specified orders • Serve as liaison between credit, production scheduling, branches, finance, billing, and invoicing teams • Modify sales orders as directed by the branch • Bill and post packing slips for completed jobs in D365, attaching required paperwork including JCS and photos • Communicate material-related issues and clarify material requirements with sales and installation/service teams • Verify job completion according to company policy and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements • Review inventory used and confirm required sales-order changes with the branch • Enter Door IDs, warranty information, and door locations into D365 • Issue STOs or POs for installation and service materials • Resolve Class I and Class II material-related issues with the factory • Maintain billing reports • Participate in daily and weekly operational calls • Support new initiatives and special projects for branches and Central Operations

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent education required • 1+ year of coordinating experience in a construction or industrial environment • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong business acumen • Excellent computer and communication skills • D365 experience preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills • Detail oriented • Excellent multi-tasking ability • Flexible work schedule with ability to work nights and/or weekends as necessary • Able to work effectively in a remote setting • Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent coordinator experience in a construction or industrial environment
