📋 Description

• Lead and support sourcing activities across the Cloud team, ensuring alignment with category strategies • Prepare and execute sourcing events • Gather and validate business requirements • Assess supplier capabilities using structured evaluation criteria • Develop and issue RFQs • Manage sourcing documentation and timelines • Perform supplier and cost analyses to inform recommendations • Maintain accurate records and uphold procurement policies and regulatory requirements • Ensure compliance throughout the sourcing lifecycle • Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordinate supplier meetings • Drive issue resolution and support early-stage supplier engagement • Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance workflows • Contribute to updates of procurement tools, templates, and best practices • Support supplier management, risk mitigation, data quality, and continuous improvement efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field; 4+ years of additional relevant experience can substitute for a degree • 2+ years of supply chain experience • Government procurement experience highly desired • Relevant experience in business, supply chain, operations, government contracting, or procurement-adjacent fields • Experience in written and oral communications at all levels of the company • Ability to research, analyze, compile, and assess business and financial data • Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented individual who works quickly and efficiently and learns quickly • Ability to manage multiple projects related to the purchasing process • U.S. citizenship required for hire eligibility • No clearance required
