📋 Description

• Manage sourcing and purchasing activities for internal business functions • Support supplier evaluations and commercial negotiations with the RFx team • Execute sourcing activities aligned with business requirements, budgets, and procurement guidelines • Identify opportunities to improve value, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency • Assist with spend analysis and recommend purchasing efficiencies • Coordinate contract renewals with Accounting and Legal • Build and maintain vendor relationships • Negotiate pricing, contract renewals, service agreements, and commercial terms • Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues • Maintain procurement documentation and contract records • Set up vendors and issue purchase orders in NetSuite • Coordinate vendor onboarding with Legal, Security, Privacy, Finance, and business stakeholders • Track procurement metrics and prepare routine spend reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or vendor management experience • Experience supporting corporate functions within a technology, SaaS, software, or similar environment preferred • Experience purchasing software, technology services, professional services, and indirect spend categories • Experience using procurement or ERP systems such as NetSuite • Working knowledge of contract structures, software licensing, procurement processes, and vendor lifecycle management • Proficiency with Excel and basic spend analysis • Procurement and vendor management knowledge • Negotiation and problem-solving skills • Financial and business acumen • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred
