📋 Description

• Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy • Work with and review Statement of Work (SOW) documents • Prepare and issue RFQs (requests for quotes) • Review quotes, analyze results and lead negotiation plans / strategies as well as address any exceptions to flow downs, specifications, quality notes, or Raytheon terms and condition requirements • Formally document purchase orders per internal procedures • Perform routine post-award management activities • Significant supplier interaction in collaboration with Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) • Able to support travel (up to 25%)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree • Procurement experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or within other heavily regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, medical, space, aviation, power generation or automotive • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required. • Experience in Government procurement • SAP experience • Ability to analyze Cost and Pricing data and determine proposal compliance (FAR 15.4) • Demonstrated knowledge / compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) • Ability to understand technical requirements for procured hardware and services including Statement of Work (SOW) review • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal with internal customers
