📋 Description
• Drive the development and execution of our sourcing strategy from RFI / RFP creation • Serve as department lead on COST and SERVICE improvement initiatives • Successfully lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives with key strategic suppliers • Identify and execute risk mitigation and security of supply strategies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or Logistics, preferred • Minimum 5 years in Sourcing in Personal Care, Pharmaceutical industry or Consumer Packaged Goods industry preferred • Experience managing RFI /RFP workflow through to Supplier Business award and Contract Negotiation required • Knowledge and understanding of cost drivers and ability to apply within negotiations • Ability to travel approx. 20-30% with overnight stay
