📋 Description

• Engage and frequently communicate with Regional Managers regarding marketing efforts in the veterinary industry • Inform and drive client growth strategies for 60+ individually branded practices • Support technology solution development to create frictionless client engagement • Identify opportunities to optimize marketing performance • Lead practice-level execution of email, website launches, SMS campaigns, and other marketing campaigns • Partner with practices to create lasting, high-impact relationships • Leverage marketing analytics to inform strategies and drive optimizations • Develop test-and-learn messaging, frequency, and channel tests and apply learnings at scale • Manage projects, budgets, timelines, and resources • Provide executive status reports • Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders • Communicate project status and challenges to stakeholders • Attend corporate collaborative sessions and visit practices as required • Perform other business needs and duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a related field (Marketing, Communications) • Experience in the veterinary industry preferred • 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred • Up to 25% travel expected • Ability to engage and communicate with Regional Managers and stakeholders • Experience with email, website launches, SMS campaigns, and other marketing campaigns • Ability to manage projects, budgets, timelines, and resources • Ability to provide executive status reports • Ability to use marketing analytics to inform strategies and drive optimizations • Ability to develop test-and-learn messaging, frequency, and channel tests • Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders • Exceptional agility, time management, executional excellence, strategic drive, and insight generation
