📋 Description
• Oversee and lead practice managers at each hospital • Manage hospital operations including staffing, inventory, budgeting, employee and client scheduling, marketing, employee training, and human resources • Act as a key resource and partner to managing veterinarians • Build strong relationships with doctors and incorporate their feedback and goals into practice work • Collaborate with the Vice President of Operations to review financial reports and develop practice strategies • Review non-financial reports, including inventory and scheduling budgets, and drive improvement plans • Lead post-acquisition integration for newly acquired clinics • Implement initiatives and projects with the Internal Operations team • Support the growth of the Kansas and surrounding-state region as new partner hospitals are added
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple locations for a multi-site operator in the veterinary industry • Strong communication, team-building and leadership skills • Highly organized and able to manage time effectively • Self-starter able to take initiative in an entrepreneurial environment • Strong analytical skills and experience reviewing budgets and financial statements • Proficient with the full suite of Microsoft Office products • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required • Preferably lives near the Kansas City, KS Metro area • Willingness and ability to travel to practices 4 days per week and work 1 office day, potentially at practices 5 days per week as needed
