📋 Description

• Manage carrier compliance investigations of alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct • Record notifications, coordinate internal and external communication, and track investigations for timely responses • Identify compliance trends through internal and external reporting • Assist in developing compliance guidelines and tools • Assist with call center oversight • Coordinate, record, maintain, and monitor compliance records, reports, and analyses • Assist with internal and external audits and designated compliance matters • Review agent-created advertisements, social media, and websites • Provide compliance guidance to internal and external parties • Assist with submission of marketing materials for carrier and regulatory approval • Assist the Compliance Officer with administering and improving the Compliance Program • Assist with responses to alleged violations and reporting violations to enforcement agencies when appropriate or required • Monitor statutes and regulations and communicate updates throughout the Company and downstream agents • Assist with development and oversight of compliance training for employees and downstream agents • Monitor and coordinate compliance activities across business units and track and report compliance metrics • Identify compliance vulnerabilities and risks and assist with corrective action plans • Serve on relevant internal and external committees and complete special projects • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field • One (1) or more years of compliance experience • Insurance industry or related field (financial services or marketing) experience • Carrier certification with MA/PDP • Working knowledge of federal, state and local laws, as well as industry regulations • Working knowledge of insurance services industries • Knowledge of general industry procedures, practices and terminology • Knowledge of systems management • Knowledge of program and project management, including outcomes, quality assurance, and satisfaction measurement and interpretation • Knowledge of supervisory techniques to accomplish instruction, motivation and training • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Outlook • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing • Ability to read, write and communicate English effectively • Strong verbal and written proficiencies in English required; bilingual Spanish and English preferred • Ability to maintain company policies, including confidentiality and safety policies • Ability to work independently, exercise independent judgment, and make and execute decisions • Ability to maintain organization and attention to detail while handling multiple urgent requests
