📋 Description

• Promote the company's product portfolio and provide service assistance to consumers • Respond to consumer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, email, and website Live Chat • Describe product features, benefits, and pricing • Respond to questions and obtain customer information • Process applications and assist with consumer online applications • Work with the IT department to troubleshoot electronic application communication errors • Maintain Travel Insurance Center website copy • Manage day-to-day activities of the affiliate program • Monitor and expand the company's presence on social media sites such as Facebook • Assist in maintaining company marketing materials • Serve on relevant internal and external committees • Assist with special projects and assignments requested by management • Perform other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field • Three (3) or more years general insurance industry or related field (financial services, marketing, web-based business, business-to-business customer service or call center) experience • Strong verbal and written proficiencies of the English language is required • Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred • Working knowledge of insurance services industries and current knowledge of assigned product lines • Knowledge of general industry procedures, practices and terminology • Proficiency with inbound and outbound callers/customers • Negotiation and problem-solving skills • Proficiency using office equipment including computer, fax, printer, and telephone system • Time management and organizational skills • Project management skills • Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Outlook preferred • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing • Ability to maintain company confidentiality and safety policies • Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and make decisions • Ability to work under pressure, stay organized, and manage multiple urgent requests • Must be able to work in the United States
