β’ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. β’ Master's Degree, preferred. β’ Seven (7) or more years of progressive leadership experience in Corporate Real Estate or Facilities planning in a fast-growing environment. β’ Experience collaborating with other business units to meet company goals and standards. β’ Experience developing and managing budgets with exceptional financial, vendor, and contract management skills. β’ Strong knowledge of domestic commercial real estate processes and regulations. β’ Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills including charting and graphing required. β’ Microsoft Project experience desirable. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β’ Exceptional organization skills and detail oriented. β’ Exceptional problem solving and business judgement skills. β’ Strong negotiation skills. β’ Self-motivated, self-managed, and willing to take on new responsibilities. β’ Strong ability to develop relationships with stakeholders. β’ Excellent ability to manage people across multiple geographies. β’ Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and deadlines successfully. β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization with the ability to embrace change.
