• Providing expert program guidance to clients and tenants. • Reviews residents' third party insurance policies to determine compliance with client's requirements for opting out of damage waiver program. • Connects with clients on penetration decreases. • Implements new properties for existing clients. • Provides client and resident facing customer service.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Two (2) or more years relevant experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
